Why do you do what you do?
I thrive off a good challenge. In this business there is never a shortage of challenges. I love to problem solve and create valid solutions. I get a charge out of developing solutions that create efficiency and allow people to have more time to focus on important tasks in life.

What was your proudest career moment?
I was in a client meeting and overheard a conversation regarding the amount of time it took to get data processed for a job report. These job reports were an integral part of developing new business. It was taking approximately 2 weeks to gather, analyze and process. I sat down with the key stakeholders and drew up a plan. 90 days later we rolled out a custom online solution and changes in operating procedure that allowed these reports to be processed in 5 minutes. This competitive advantage allowed them to increase new business development and profits by 15%.

What fuels you to do the best?
Challenges and Caffeine.

What drew you to Zehnder?
A group of really smart people, who get it.

What do you suck at?
Break dancing. I always admired those b-boy power moves right after the downrock. When I was a kid I had a square of linoleum flooring, a can of Pledge and a track suit. It was an Epic Fail and one that I moved on from quickly.

Describe your most quirky trait:
I am constantly on the quest to find the next great internet meme.
